What should I do if my car breaks down on the road?
Get to a safe place, put on your hi-vis vest and switch on the V-16 warning light, then call us on 647 86 61 96 or send us your location on WhatsApp. The driver answers himself and tells you when he can get there and where we will take the car: to the garage of your choice or any address you give us.
Do you take cars from Ibiza to the mainland?
Yes. We transfer vehicles between Ibiza, Mallorca, Menorca and the mainland, in both directions. With our bases in Ibiza, Valencia (Aldaia) and Alicante we can collect the car on one side and deliver it on the other, and from the mainland we take it anywhere in Spain.
Can you collect a car at the port?
Yes. We collect your vehicle at the port when the ferry arrives and help you with the paperwork needed to get it out. Then we take it to the address you give us. Tell us the arrival day and we will organise it.
What vehicles do you transport?
Cars, people carriers, vans, 4x4s and classic cars. Depending on the vehicle we use a flatbed, a wheel-lift tow truck or a car transporter for several cars at once. We carry classic cars on the flatbed, never towed.
